Find out how your time is being spent using the mobile app

After you've created some time entry data you can navigate to the Insights area of the Timeular mobile app to see a breakdown of how your time is being spent.

Overview

The default page of the Insights area is the Overview which will give you a breakdown of how much time has been spent across all of the available time entry data based on the filters you set at the top of the page.

Tap on any of the filter drop down menus at the top to specify things like the date/time range, activities, folders, people, etc.

Once your filters have been applied the Overview will display the total amount of time entry data available based on your filtered criteria, as well as how much of this time was billable and the dollar amounts if these options were enabled when the folder(s) were created.

You can tap on an activity name to see additional information about any users whose data is applicable to the activity.

Tags

If there were #tags/@mentions used in any of your time entry data they will appear in the Tags section at the top.

Tapping on any tag will expand the information to show you a breakdown of all the activities the #tag or @mention was used in based on the filters you have set.

Time Entries

The Time Entries section will show you each individual time entry that is applicable based on the filters you have set.

The Time Entries view will show you information like the duration, start/stop time, whether the time entry was marked as billable or not, and the user responsible for the time entry creation.

Tap on a time entry to edit its details.
