If you are the Owner or Admin of a Team subscription you can add leaves on behalf of your entire workspace. If there are public holidays or company holidays that you'd like to set for all members of your workspace you can do so and avoid needing to approve leave requests for each individual member.
Workspace leaves do not require approval and are added to the calendar of all workspace members automatically.
To add a workspace leave you must be either an Owner or Admin of your workspace. Click the Settings
icon in the navigation bar on the left and click on Members
and then click the gear icon in the top right corner. Click on the Leaves
tab and then click Workspace wide leaves
.
Click on the Create Leave for all workspace members
button and then select from either Company Holiday
or Public Holiday
and set the start and end date for the leave. You can also add a note to give more context about the leave (optional).
If you need to edit or delete a workspace leave just click on the three dot icon (1) to the right of the leave
Workspace leaves are visible in the Insights > Leave
area in all 3 views (List view, Calendar view, Bar chart view).
