No questions asked refunds within 30 days of receipt of delivery

If you would like to return your Tracker for a refund you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to do so. Once your return parcel arrives at our warehouse and gets scanned we will process the refund on our end.

Please note:

  • Company orders of 5 or more Trackers are exempt from this policy. For this reason we advise you to order 1 Tracker to test and ensure it fits your workflow before placing your bulk order

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser as per our Terms & Conditions (section 7.2.4)

To return your Tracker please complete the following steps:

  • Notify us of your intent to return the Tracker at [email protected]

  • Fill out this form, print it, and include it with your return parcel.

  • Please try to use the original packaging in which Timeular has delivered the products to you for your return. If you don't have the original packaging anymore, please use alternative means of packaging that provide sufficient protection to the products you are sending back to Timeular

  • Depending on where you're located return the Tracker to the following:

    For residents of North America:
    Logsta LLC, 1648 Roseytown Road, Suite 400, Greensburg, PA 15601
    For all other countries:
    LOGSTA Germany GmbH, Elbestraße 2, D-84453 Mühldorf am Inn

If you are asked to declare the cost of the goods being returned each Tracker is 69 CHF/EUR/GBP/USD.
