If you are on a Basic plan and looking to upgrade to Pro please follow the steps in this article. If you currently have a Pro subscription and would like to change it (for example, from Monthly to Yearly billing) please follow the steps below. The first thing you'll need to do is cancel your current Pro subscription.
Head over to the "My Account" area on our website and log in with your email address and the password that you created during the checkout process when purchasing your Pro subscription.
Click on "Subscriptions" in the menu bar on the left side.
You will see a list of your subscription(s). Click on "Details" to the right of the Pro subscription you will be cancelling.
Click on "Cancel" to cancel your current Pro subscription
Now that your subscription has been cancelled, it's time to purchase the new Pro subscription that you'll be switching to. Visit the Timeular website and select the Pro subscription that suits you best.
Once you've purchased your new Pro subscription don't forget to assign it to the email address you use to log in to the Timeular app. Follow the steps in this article to assign your Pro subscription.
