We want to help you find and keep your balance between work and life. You can set a weekly target and track toward your desired amount of hours.

This feature can be enabled in the Settings -> App Settings area and your target time for the week can be set in hours and minutes:

Once you have your target set you'll be able to track your progress on the Weekly View (which is accessible by clicking the Stop Watch icon in the navigation bar on the left).

You can also select which activities should and should not be included when tracking toward your goal:
