In this article you will get to know how to change the email address associated with your Timeular App Account or Timeular Shop Account.

App Account E-Mail
There are two ways to change your Timeular App Account E-Mail address:
Edit your Timeular App Account E-Mail address directly within the Timeular App:
In Settings > Account you can find the E-Mail address you're currently using. Click on the edit symbol next to your E-Mail address to edit it. To save your changes, click on the check mark on the far right. Use the x to undo the changes to your E-Mail address.
Edit your E-Mail address in your web profile:
To enter the web profile, please login with your Timeular App Account credentials.
Click on the edit symbol next to the E-Mail address to edit it. To save your changes, click on the save symbol next to the email address.
Shop Account E-Mail
In order to change the Shop Account E-Mail, please reach out to [email protected] with the E-Mail address you're currently using in the Shop Account and let us know which E-Mail address you'd like to use in the future.
Please note that by performing these changes, only the new E-Mail address will be able to login the Shop Account to manage the subscription.
